New Investment in a UV Digital Flat Bed and another Wide Format Printer.

Our Digital Machine operators now have two new toys to play with.

We have added another Roland Wide Format Printer to increase our capacity and shorten lead times, bringing this type of machine now to a total of 5. Printing products such as Self Adhesive labels, Signs, Floor Stickers and Shelf Wobblers to name just a few.

But the investment doesn't stop there !

As always Customark like to look to the future with our equipment so we have also now installed our first Digital UV Flat Bed Printer which will allow us to print onto irregular objects and a greater scope of materials, all without the need of expensive tooling.

Our UV Flat Bed machine can print upto Full Colour and White onto materials such as PET, ABS, Polycarbonate, TPU, Plastic and some Metals. This is a perfect addition to our Digital Printing Department and will allow us to offer production on small to medium runs on work that would have needed to be traditionally pad / tampo printed or screen printed without the need for expensive plates and film work.
