Solving our Customers Problems
Case Study 1 :
A recently moth-balled project by a worldwide corporation was restarted due to a combination of proven process controls, access to materials from the far east and processing technical innovation.
Case Study 2 :
A new start-up british car manufacturer was looking for a membrane keypad with back lit keys. We were able to offer a reliable technical solution which had no light emitting deterioration, and no loss of tactile feedback from the metal domes underneath the switches.
Case Study 3 :
A global manufacturing customer was asked to introduce a new supplier to support their existing supply of domestic acrylic fascias. The brief was to reduce overall spend and quality rejects from 10 - 15% to 5%. To date we are operating at less than 1% reject rate through our internal ISO 9001 : 2008 process controls and close working relationship.
Case Study 4 :
A global copier company was looking to replace an incumbent historic printer. Customark was selected due to our ability to react in a timely manner and respond to the high demands of chemical evaluation with RoHS and Reach obligations.
Case Study 5 :
A company looking to bring their branded products back into the UK was looking to work with a direct print supplier to re-badge a range of items. Working closely with the client we were able to work on pre-production proto-types to allow ease of viewing the products with print on, before moving forward with the main production run. Sometimes viewing an actual finished item is better than any technical drawing, and can help highlight any issues before a full print run commences.
