Matt Bingham Joins our Midlands Customer Service Team.

Matt joins our Customer Services Team to bring our number of CSR'S onsite at our Lye site back to three.

Our third CSR who had recently changed job roles but still helped during busy periods was on Maternity Leave, so we knew with the increase in workload and extra orders that a vacancy would need to be filled.

Matt who joins us from NPower where he dealt with Customers and their Problems on a day to day basis will work along side Becky Shaw and Stephanie Deeley in Processing Customers Orders and answering any queries.
