Case Study 1 :

A recently moth-balled project by a worldwide corporation was restarted due to a combination of proven process controls, access to materials from the far east and processing technical innovation.

Case Study 2 :

A new start-up british car manufacturer was looking for a membrane keypad with back lit keys. We were able to offer a reliable technical solution which had no light emitting deterioration, and no loss of tactile feedback from the metal domes underneath the switches.

Case Study 3 :

A global manufacturing customer was asked to introduce a new supplier to support their existing supply of domestic acrylic fascias. The brief was to reduce overall spend and quality rejects from 10 - 15% to 5%. To date we are operating at less than 1% reject rate through our internal process controls and close working relationship.
